We are also not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided by e& (Etisalat).

We will treat your personal information as confidential and will only disclose it in accordance with the United Arab Emirates laws concerning privacy rights, or if we believe it is necessary to comply with a requirement of the UAE law enforcement agencies. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting your application for e& (Etisalat) services. Any delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by you will not be our responsibility

Once your service is activated, you must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in your agreement with e& (Etisalat), including payment deadlines, proper usage, and adherence to UAE telecommunications regulations. Cancellation or Modification of Services.
